The Calm in the Storm

Since our company's inception, we have put a strong emphasis on customer service, professionalism, poise and character. We went against the grain with regards to the security industry and chose to focus on training our personnel on the ability to remain calm under pressure to posses self control in the face of adversity and maintain a level of respect and professionalism that all humans deserve despite all of our differences. We firmly believe that if we can master the above characteristics, then all of the other security related trainings such as use of force, restraints etc. will never have to be displayed.
In the event industry we see it all. It very rarely goes as planned and there are many hiccups along the way. We have seen some high profile functions bring out the worst in people. Everyone is accountable to someone and no one wants to be the one to blame when things go wrong.
We have seen people disrespect one another if they are not getting their way to the point of violence. One thing is for certain, our men and women have made a commitment to service. They are grounded individuals who see the big picture and never get caught up in the heat of the moment.
So for your next event or function if things aren't going as planned and emotions are high, just take a glance over at one of the red ties and find rest knowing that we are the calm in the storm and everything will be alright.
