What set's us apart?

With another successful Toronto International Film Festival behind us, we can take a few steps back, re-group, reflect and get ready for a busy fall season.

It's in these moments of reflection where we look at every area of the services we provide and see how we make it better, how we can continue to evolve into a better service provider.

This past TIFF Sentinel Security provided our security services to many clients throughout the US and Canada. We had many site locations running in full operation led by our designated team leads. supervisors and managers.

Throughout the past several weeks we have been sharing our "Humans of Sentinel" Blog series which allows us to highlight our personnel. I can't stress this more enough; our people are the face of our organization.

So what sets us apart from the rest? Our people. Any proud parent will boast about how great their child is, how proud they are of their achievements, etc. Like a very proud parent is how we look at our personnel. We operate like a large family. We are continuously accountable to each other from our management to our front line teams.

As a growing company we are held accountable by our personnel on the new security recruits that join our teams. It is our responsibility to ensure that our people are well equipped with the resources and team members to make your experience a successful one.

With that said, I am extremely thankful and grateful to our personnel that continue to go above and beyond on a daily basis, to the team leads, supervisors and managers who try and orchestrate a safe and successful event. We may not be perfect, but our strive, desire and dedication to be the best at what we do is the heartbeat of our existence.
