You are only as good as your weakest link.
At some point in your life you may have heard this famous saying relating to a sports team, a group exercise or in your line of work.
Think of this famous saying applied to a relay race. You may have a team of 3 athletic focused runners with intense work ethic, but the 4th member of the team falls short. He just does not display the same intensity. That 4th runner is your weakest link and may cause you to lose the race.

As a growing company, our focus in the security industry is not to see how fast we can grow, or how much profits we can make, but how good the quality of our services should be. To ensure we have no weak links amongst our security operatives our people must be of the highest caliber.
At Sentinel Security, having the right personnel is the main key ingredient to our success. This is why the way we recruit or scout for security in a very different way.
When looking for personnel to represent Sentinel, we are looking beyond the scope of duties in regards to security. We are looking for transferrable skills or those that already possesses a certain skill set or level of training that is reflected in our training philosophies.

Our team come from all different walks of life and possess different skills sets outside of the realm of the security industry. Each individual brings immense value to Sentinel contributing to the overall success of our brand.
Over the next 10 weeks we will be publishing a 10 part blog series entitled “Humans of Sentinel”. In these series we will be highlighting and profiling select team members that represent our company and provide the highest caliber of performance in our industry.
We are only strong as our weakest link, which is why we strive to ensure we recruit the best to represent our company, clients and our people.
